£75    Initial consultation (<60m)

£50    Any further 'follow-up' appointments (<30m)

-10%  When two family members book consecutive appointments

I often hear from patients who want to book an appoinment but haven't attended the practice for several years. Please note that your file will be kept open for at least 8 years after your last attendance, so as long as it is within this time frame, then you only need book a 30 minute session. If it has been 8+ years then it is  possible that your case history has been destroyed, and therefore you will need to book an initial consultation so that your medical history can be captured once again.

Payment

Appointments should be paid for on the day of the treatment, the following methods are accepted:

CASH, CARD, BACS transfer

Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance then you are required to pay directly for appointments, then you will be provided with a receipt so that you can claim fees from your insurance company.

Please note that most insurers only pay out for treatments with a registered Osteopath. Whilst James is an Osteopath registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), Clifford is no longer registered. Instead, he is insured to treat patients as an independent practitioner. This may be noteworthy if you would like to consult Clifford as you should check the details of your insurance in advance if you would like to try and recoup your fees.

Cancellation

I often have a waiting list for appointments, so request your co-operation in giving as much notice of cancelled appointments as possible. Cancellation within 24hrs of your appointment, or a missed apointment will incur a 50% charge on the first occasion, and the full 100% fee on any subsequent occasions.
